Laura joined our team in 2007. She has more than 15 years of experience in office management and customer service. Proficient in both the English and Spanish languages, she is the lifeline to our Spanish-speaking clients. As the Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Leader, she also executes all other duties while treating the clients with respect and strives to ensure that every client has a pleasant experience. Laura looks forward to gaining a certification in preparing taxes in the near future.
